Annual General Meetings of the VPA are held in November each year, except that it was not possible to stage one in 2020 because of the restrictions imposed by the government to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the AGM, members receive reports from the Committee on the affairs of the Association during the past year and accounts are presented for review and approval. The AGM also elects Committee Members for the following year and, every five years, a President.

The 2024 AGM will be held on Thursday 21st November in the Church Hall, Featherbed Lane.
